Made to Order Items All our prints are made to order and produced specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at boss-lady@live.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damage

We will offer a replacement or, if a replacement isn't suitable, a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Incorrect Orders If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days and we will make it right immediately.
