Made to Order All of our prints are made to order, meaning each piece is produced especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- UK: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
Shipping Partners We fulfil all orders through Gelato, a global print and delivery network, ensuring your order is produced as close to you as possible.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at boss-lady@live.co.uk within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resolve it promptly.
